Ralph Schimmenti’s launching pad is in Kerhonkson, New York and he has been crushing rock since 1997. As a SUNY New Paltz Geology graduate he studied the local landscape and felt an undeniable connection with it. He has spent most of his climbing career mutating on steep trad routes and bouldering in the Gunks and Adirondacks Mountains of New York. Ralph has also spent a good portion of time bouldering in Hueco Tanks, Texas and is ready to climb anywhere, any day. In addition to his passion with climbing he equally enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding,  cross-country skiing, surfing, skateboarding and playing music. He is a New York State Certified Rock Climbing Guide, Hudson Valley Mountain Rescue volunteer and is working on his AMGA SPI and Rock Instructor certifications.
